As we will be visiting my husband’s family in Canada during our parental leave for four months, our apartment will be available from early July (July 6) to early November (November 3). It is located in Essen Frohnhausen on a quiet street, close to the A40 motorway entrance and the U18 tram (Wickenburgstr. stop). The apartment is being rented out fully furnished, including kitchen equipment, electricity, and internet (including Netflix and Amazon Prime). All of this is included in the total price. Pets are not allowed. The garden can be shared. The fireplace in the living room creates a cozy atmosphere. Viewings are very welcome. The apartment is ideal for families, as it spans two floors and is very spacious, with bathrooms, three bedrooms (one room with a sofa bed), and two workspaces on both levels. Lidl, various bakeries, and DM can be reached on foot within 15–20 minutes.
