3 rooms house of 471m² in Paraparaumu

**** SHORT-TERM RENTAL *** 10 February - 10 April 2026 Our single storey house is elevated which allows for all day sun and gorgeous sunsets. There are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower over bath. The kitchen has a big fridge/freezer, a microwave, dishwasher and an electric stove and oven. The lounge has lots of armchairs and a sofa, as well as a 35 inch screen (with an HDMI cable) and a dvd player. We don't have a smart TV. The house has two decks: you will get lots of morning sun on the deck at the back of the house and evening sun on the front deck (which is covered).
