1 room apartment of 1m² in Kawazu

The retreat house located near Kawazu Beach, a 15-minute drive from Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park and Imaihama Beach. There are two Retreat buildings own by the bank and can refurbished to turn into a hotel. Ocean View and located in high level far from tsunami. It was used until last year, the buildings are still in good condition. The restaurant kitchen have enough equipment and have nice view in the dining hall, the roof can also be use as outdoor dining. Building A has 10 rooms and Building B has 6 rooms, total of 16 guest rooms.
