Hi I am landlord from Malaysia , I would like to rent out one common room for malaysian only No weird rule Can move in from 1st Aug onward Can light cook -Maggie mee only Washing machine -2 times/week Aircon 8hour/day No visitor is allowed Minimum stay 6 months ,one month notice for termination Currently house got 4 people staying included 2 tenants
