The house is located just off the Cappagh Road on three bus routes 410, 411, 412 (the bus stop is 50 metres from front door); 10 minutes walk to Bus Eireann route 402; it is a 20 minute bus journey to the University. Liosmór is a quiet, safe residential neighbourhood, right beside Cappagh Park, Barna Woods and a 20 minute walk to the beautiful beach of Silver Strand which is on the Wild Atlantic Way. The tenant will have sole use of the main bathroom which contains a toilet, hand-basin and electric shower (instant hot water). The bedroom is spacious and is at the back of the house and gets the evening sun. There are 2 bedside lockers and ample wardrobe space. All bills are included.
