I am looking for tenant to rent study room, which is fully furnished with air conditioning, bed, study table, a table fan and cabinet. This condo is located within 2 minutes walking distance from Shaw Plaza, and within 5 stops from Novena MRT station. There are also many other eateries around the area. It has a swimming pool and gym. Light cooking, such as cooking of porridge, instant noodles is allowed. There is also a microwave oven and a washing machine available for use.
