Hi, We are looking for a single female working professional/student for a housemate. There is a common room available for rent from 1 April 2026, and it is fully furnished (in-built wardrobe, queen sized bed, desk, chair, air-conditioning and ceiling fan) and has access to a common bathroom. Housemates will have full use of the kitchen and common areas. You can entertain guests for meals or gatherings but please do inform everyone in the apartment ahead of time. Please do keep the place clean after use and observe common courtesies for the sake of everyone living together in the apartment. Rental would not include utilities, Internet and/or cleaning services, which will be divided equally among all housemates. If interested, please
