I consider this is move in condition which you just need to bring your own luggage bag and start to staying. (Note: if you are looking for whole unit, then you may not encourage to read further as I am renting room basis) As you know, Mount Austin is gated & guarded and the area outside my house can occupy for other few cars as well since the neighbourhood is quite low density (thus, dont worry about where to park your car) My house is at walking distance to 24 hours McD and Sunway College along with other shops. Furthermore, Jusco Tebrau is just 3 minutes driving distance. The rooms are all available anytime for you to move in.
