I am renting two bedrooms in shared apartment in downtown of Las Palmas in Avd. Jose Mesa y Lopez. The beach is on 5 minutes walk from the building, and for students there is bus station right in front of the building for the University. Restaurants, bars, shopping malls, grocery stores are all in the range of less than 1 km. The price is 380 Euros including internet, water, gas and electricity. The deposit is 380 Euros in advance and it will be returned to you on your last day in the apartment.
