Perfect bus connection(just under the house), tube, supermarkets, pubs(Betis street in 1min walking), restaurants,... In the flat living now one girl(spanish) and two guys(spanish and german), arround 25 years old, nice environment but independent, normally everyone makes the life in your room, everyone quite nite and clean.
