We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Rosales's design combines wooden elements, dried grasses, and clay decorations, influenced by the serenity of grassland. Rosales sits in the famed Santo António neighborhood. Located in the heart of Lisbon, Santo António mesmerizes all with its architecture and glam. A stroll through the bustling neighborhood or a step upstairs, and detail is not amiss. This cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom is uniquely designed to provide solace from the bustling metropolitan city. The bedroom features a queen size bed surrounded by woven light fixtures and geometric patterns on the wall. There is a dedicated workstation by the door that opens up to the outdoor balcony. The grandeur marbled bathroom is chic in design with a walk in shower. The living room has plenty of sitting space for relaxing or having guests over. Light shines into the space from the green tiled balcony, perfect for relaxing outdoors and taking in the Portuguese sun. If it’s too hot outside, guests can indulge in the air conditioning, available throughout the apartment. The kitchen is complete not only with all appliances, but also utensils. After cooking, guests can enjoy a meal at the rustic wooden table. Want to venture outside of the city? No problem because Rosales has both car and bike parking available for use. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment.
