Welcome to our charming 20m2 studio apartment, nestled on the top floor of a historic building in the prestigious Lapa district of Lisbon. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Tagus River from your private terrace, a perfect spot for relaxation and contemplation. The studio features a cozy living area, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a comfortable double bed with low ceilings, making it a unique and intimate space. We are sure this place will be your perfect home in Lisbon! *Ongoing construction works in the adjacent building with no timetable for completion. - Building Studio located on the fourth (and top!) floor of a traditional building in one of the most historic, noble, and iconic areas of Lisbon - Lapa, home to numerous palaces and embassies. As it is a busy street with heavy traffic, some exterior noise is to be expected. Limited street parking in the area (paid). Please note that the building does not have an elevator, so access to the apartment is by stairs. At the entrance of the apartment, you will also find steep and narrow stairs (leading to the living area), but we guarantee that the view makes the exercise worthwhile! Since it is on the top floor and due to the roof architecture, the studio has areas with very low ceilings, so it is not recommended for tall people. - Bed The studio has a double bed. Note that the ceilings are very low in this area. Lighting is provided by a skylight (without blinds). - Living Area Consists of a flat-screen TV and a dining table. The lighting is provided by a French window that opens onto the highlight of this studio, a charming terrace. - Terrace Enjoy a wonderful view of the Tagus River and the South Bank! Equipped with a dining table, it is the ideal place for moments of contemplation and relaxation! - Kitchenette You will find a fully equipped kitchenette with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine (coffee not included). - Bathroom The studio has a bathroom with a shower. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 16:00 and check-out must be done until 11am. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Monthly consumptions are included up to €150. → City Tax will be charged according to the law. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. → The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. → Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a registered company, providing a tax identification number is also mandatory. Please
