Coming to Maastricht and don't want the hassle of furnishing your room yourself? The shared facilities are: 2 kitchens (1 just on the floor below (see photo), 2 bathrooms (1 just 2 floors down), washing machine, dryer. There's a small patio. As customary in dutch student housing cleaning and removal of garbage are shared between the residents. The set up and location is ideal for those coming to do a master at the Health Medicine and Life Sciences. The other residents are students or young working people. For this rental contract a proof of enrolment in higher education is mandatory.
