Lovely gas fire in living room plus other heating and great gas hob and electric oven for cooking and American style fridge freezer This is a short term rental of 5 months , which might suit people doing home refurbs in their own home , new people to the country getting settled , corporate lets or sharers etc. The rent is below market value as I am just wanting the place rented out in this short term time frame , and for the right people these dates can be flexible ( 3 to 4 to 5 months or potentially longer ) Property is fully furnished right down to cutlery , pots and pans etc , so is ready to move in , or we can negotiate furniture situation to suit. Its a lovely spacious house and first to see will take it.
