L'appartamento si trova in un piccolo condominio, la zona è a traffico limitato, ma attraversando il viale limitrofo è possibile parcheggiare evitandola. La cucina è completa di accessori, piatti, stoviglie ed elettrodomestici: lavastoviglie, microonde, forno, frigorifero e bollitore. La zona notte è composta da 2 camere con 2 matrimoniali. L’appartamento è riservato ai non fumatori ed è dotato di aria condizionata, wifi, lavatrice, asse e ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli, linea cortesia, stereo e ampio terrazzo abitabile, al piano superiore, cui è possibile accedere tramite una scala posta in salotto, da cui si gode il silenzio e la vista sui tetti della città. La casa rimane completamente a vostra disposizione ed ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per accogliervi in un ambiente pulito e confortevole, sia che siate in viaggio per lavoro, sia che siate di passaggio per visitare la città.
