This is a good home where people tend to stay long and only leave reluctantly when they have to, for a new job etc… Seafront location, parking, beach, great connections to Brighton/Eastbourne/ Lewes, near express 12x bus stop. Would suit a busy professional with a healthy lifestyle.. non smokers only (Preferably single occupancy& not wfh, but would consider the right busy couple). Bills included.
