2 rooms apartment of 24m² in Hong Kong Island

We are using electric water heater, before bathing , have to turn on the water heater to boil it , we are environmental person, please treasure water. NEVER WAIT in the LOBBY or JUST OUTSIDE THE ENTRANCE. PLEASE WAIT IN THE SPECIFIC PLACE I STATED IN THE EMAIL as the residents will complain about it to the property management. Thus, when you check in and check out, please not to wait your friends in the lobby or the entrance! THANKS FOR YOUR KIND UNDERSTANDING! Check In Time: after 15:00 MAKE SURE whats app or call me when you land Hong Kong or at least 1 hour before you arrive such that I can prepare well for the key passing to you. Check Out Time: before 10:00 Keep SILENT, NO TALKING in the corridor, because its really can easy your voice through the corridor echo. As most of my neighborhood are elderly, they love very very quiet. Thanks so much to respect my neighborhood. Please help to be environmental friendly, switch off the air-con and other electrical appliances when leaving the apartment or not using them. - I have already prepared some toiletries including shampoo and bathing gel. In case you don't want to bring your private towels due to the limited space of the baggage, you can use those we have prepared for you (each guest have one towel). If you have preference on towels please remember to bring your own. I also have hair dryer prepared. However, please bring your own tooth brush & paste, adapter and slippers. - Extra cleaning can be arranged during your stay . A cleaning fee of HK$350. Full house deep clean, clean towels and beddings will be refilled. - Air-Condition cannot be turned on all day long. It will be damaged due to overloaded since it is just a home-use electric product. please understand that it takes usually more than a week time to arrange technician come for check up.
