Usually let to one person (tho can acommodate two). Kitchenette has hob, microwave, kettle, fridge, cuboards and sink. drying rack and external patio for outside drying. Bills included Service clean once a month. Bedding and towels swap/light clean every 2 weeks. The studio is the front part of a property, in a quiet street, a 20 minute cycle ride from cambridge science park and into town. There is space for a car (If you need car charging there is an extra electricity fee,) There is a bus at the end of the street which will take you into Cambridge. Oakington and Histon park and ride services are a short cycle ride.
