It has a very good location near both city and university, bus stop, gym and grocery store within 200m. The flat is being rebuildt by the moment according to the drawing shown in the picture and it is spacious, with lots of sunlight.In the common area it will have a have a work station, large homebuildt sofa, a large tv, open kitchen with a bar, nice balcony with sun all day long. In the winter there is a cozy fireplace to use. On the main floor there will be two large bedrooms to rent (one is being built next to the kitchen right now). Kitchen, living room and bathroom will be shared.I live on the attic with a seperate kitchen and as a sailboatskipper I am mostly traveling and not much at home, but my wish is to find nice people to socialize with when time allows.
