1 room apartment of 73m² in London

I am planning on going away for a week or weekend at some point and looking to let out my lovely apartment. The apartment is very clean. Double bedroom with separate bathroom, lounge and small kitchen/diner. Ideal for 1/2 people, but it could take 4 with the double airbed in the lounge. Situated just off Northcote Road. 4 mins walk from Clapham Junction station. Flexible on terms and dates, but I’m thinking £100 a night for a minimum 4 nights. Plus £200 refundable deposit for any damages. And £50 refundable booking deposit to guarantee the booking. Parking available £10 a day.
