1 room apartment of 96m² in London

Hello! I will be travelling from 11-25 August and am looking for someone to sublet my one bed flat. I am flexible on the dates (I could stay at a friends' if you need longer either end) but would prefer at least a one week stay. I will require someone to come view in person or video call to meet in order to consider entrusting my space :) About the flat: I have a comfortable king sized bed and a portable air conditioner (life saver) in the bedroom. The living room gets tons of light and has a desk with a monitor you'd be free to use. There is also a TV, the photo is from before I got one. The kitchen has all of the cooking equipment you might need and an espresso machine! About the area: The flat is located just off Battersea Park which is so lovely to walk around. There are tons of great cafes and restaurants just outside the door. The transport links are ideal, you can get to Victoria or Clapham Junction in one stop from stations that are under 5 minutes walk from the flat. There is also the Battersea Power Station tube (and everything the Power Station itself has to offer) a ten minute walk away for the Northern line. I am thinking of charging £100 per night with bills included, negotiable within reason. Let me know a bit about yourself when you message please :)
