It is in a brilliant location a 30 second walk to the beautiful Brockwell with its lido and the great coffee shops and markets of Herne hill. It is perfectly located right in the middle of the Herne hill/Brixton/Tulse hill area. A short walk to both Tulse Hill and Herne Hill overground train stations with direct links to Blackfriars, London Bridge, Farringdon and Victoria as well as a 25-minute walk to Brixton tube station through Brockwell park or 10 minutes on the bus. The flat is a good size with a decent sized kitchen. The living room has 2 windows with views over to canary wharf in the wintertime when the trees are bare and the tops of the trees of Brockwell park across the road. There is a roof terrace for your pot plants though you do need to climb out the window to access it! . It is on a lovely, quiet street with your own designated parking space I am renting it all inclusive for whilst i am away and it will also be available over the summer at different stages Thanks lucy
