1 room apartment of 42m² in London

Hi, we are subletting 1 bed, living room and kitchen in our 2 bed flat for the month of August. Recently renovated but some little jobs remaining, which is reflected in the price. The flat is largely unfurnished, but has a sofa, kitchen table and chairs. Any other items you need can be discussed. Moving in date on 5th August and out on 4th September. Please note this is a sublet of a part of our flat, so there will be our belongings in the flat, and we may come in and out occasionally. However, due to our holidays you will have there flat to yourself for some, and very probably most of the time.
