1 room apartment of 43m² in London

Hi everyone! I am originally from Vancouver, have lived in the Netherlands, Australia and now have been in the UK for 8 years. I am going travelling and need someone to take over my place for a little while (roughly around end of December until mid March) with opportunity to take it over permanently from mid-April (I just need to come back for a month to pack up everything). I live in a very small (but cozy), modern flat, perfect for 1-2 people, in Clapham Junction, Battersea. The flat is located on a lively street that has everything on offer from cute bistros to boutique shopping, and it is a two-minute walk from the train station. The train (zone 2) has trains that get into Waterloo and Victoria in less than 10 minutes, the overground, 10-minute bus ride to Battersea powerstation, less than 10 minute bus to Clapham Common for the northern line, and a short walk to three different parks.
