2 rooms apartment of 36m² in London

I will be away for a couple of months this winter and looking to rent out my 2 bed home. It will be available from mid November - end of January. I'm renting as a one bed for a individual or couple to use the main bedroom primarily, but you will have access to the spare room too for guests during this period but not full time occupancy because I may need to come back for a week in this period and use the room. Ideally looking for someone to take it for the whole time but happy to discuss. There's a dishwasher, washer dryer, chest of drawers, hanging space, duvets, towels etc. everything you'd need and can arrange cleaner every 2-3 weeks. Local area is lovely, myatts field, walking distance to Brixton, oval, Stockwell, Camberwell with great bus, tube, train links to central. There's some cute cafes and nice parks very close by!
