1 room apartment of 74m² in London

Hello everyone! This is a SHORT-TERM LET. I'm going on holiday and am renting my lovely, spacious one-bedroom flat from Wednesday 6th to Monday 18th August (12 days). I can extend a few days if needed. £900 for the 12 days. All bills are included. It's on the top floor (6th) with lots of natural light and wonderful views of the city from two balconies. You have to see it! Located on the edge of Leyton and Walthamstow, it’s an eight-minute walk to Leyton Midland Overground, which connects to the Victoria Line, or a 15-minute walk to Walthamstow Central (Victoria Line) and loads of buses. A Better Gym and a big Tesco supermarket are two minutes walk, and there are nice pubs, cafe, bars and places to eat within walking distance.
