I live in the main flat with my dog and one lodger. I'm a 42 yr old female working in the coffee industry, and my dog is a 13yr old rescue from Greece. The studio enjoys its own entrance and opens onto the garden. Crystal Palace triangle is a short walk away through the park, and is perfect for pottering around at the weekend - there are lots of interesting cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops, and an Everyman Cinema.
