1 room apartment of 25m² in West Suffolk

I’m considering offering my home for a short-term let over the winter months (mid-November to mid-March). I’m looking for someone who will look after the place as if it were their own – that’s far more important to me than the money and references will be required. It’s fully furnished, with a large double bedroom, bathroom, comfortable living area, well-equipped kitchen, and a small garden. Parking available on the driveway in a quiet area. There’s a possibility I may need to return for a few days in February, in which case I’d stay in the spare room – otherwise, you’ll have the house to yourself.
