Single room available in a clean and tidy home. Only one other occupent (me). Shared bathroom (but separate toilet). Shared kitchen. Gas, electricity, WiFi and a few subscription TV channels included in the price. 12 minutes walk to Biggleswade train station. 5 minutes walk to Biggleswade High Street. You need to be OK with dogs because, although I don't have one myself, I occasionally look after my son's dog. I am a smoker but I never smoke indoors. Therefore, I am OK with you being a smoker as long as you always go in the garden to do so. It would be best if you are a heavy sleeper because I am told I snore loudly and I often need to get up to use the toilet a few times in the night. For those who don't know Biggleswade, it is a relatively small & friendly town with plenty of options for eating, drinking and grabbing takeaways around the town centre. It is also woth noting that Biggleswade train station is on a reliable main line directly into King's Cross/ St Pancras (in approximately 40 minutes). There are also several large supermarkets within easy walking or driving distance - . a large Asda just a few minutes walk away.
