The eat-in kitchen with bar and adjoining south-facing balcony invites you to cook and chat together. The large living & dining area for relaxing. The apartment itself extends over three levels. It is located in the attic of a pretty apartment complex and can be easily reached via several lifts. On the ground floor there is the first bedroom (bed ), the bathroom with shower, as well as a kitchen-cum-living-room with bar and attached (south-)balcony. The kitchen has an induction stove, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. On the second floor you will find a large living & dining room with a large 50" smart TV and very high ceilings, as well as the second bedroom (bed ). From the living room you also reach the third (gallery) level, where there is a single bed (90*200). Your child will love the third level because of its open and adventurous character (recommended from about 8 years), an adult person will also find a comfortable place on the bed.
