This will be an official room transfer handled through the accommodation. The original official price for the studio is £750 per week, but since I had a renewal contract, I received a discount, so the price is £675 per week. It has a private bathroom and kitchen, equipped with a microwave and fridge. The building was recently renovated in 2022 and is well-maintained and kept clean through regular upkeep.
