Hi guys, I’m looking for someone to take over my Silver Studio at Beaverbank Place from 25th May 2026 until 29th August 2026. I can also be flexible on the move-in date, so if you need it slightly earlier or later, that should be fine. It’s a private student studio, so you have your own en-suite bathroom, your own kitchen area, and your own study space rather than sharing with flatmates. The Silver Studio is around 24m², and it comes with a small double, wardrobe, and desk area with enough space for 2 monitors, so it’s a really good option if you want your own space over the summer. The rent is £225 per week, and that includes all utility bills as well as contents insurance. The deposit is only £99, which is also much better than the usual private renting situation. The building has 24/7 onsite security and CCTV The staff are very friendly and helpful. The building also has some really useful extras, including laundry facilities, a communal lounge/common room, study space, bike storage, a courtyard/garden area, and a roof terrace. There’s also up to 250Mbps Wi-Fi throughout, with 1Gbps wired internet too. It's located just north of the city centre, with a bus stop right outside on the main road nearby, and takes around 15 minutes on the bus to get to George Square. One of the best things has been that it’s near a Lidl, gym, opticians, and a large Tesco with a pharmacy. Another plus is that this studio is on the ground floor, so it may suit someone who has accessibility requirements. This is a contract takeover, not a sublet.
