Professionals preferred with references, and need to do a quick call with myself the landlady and to arrange a viewing. It is my studio and I have used it for work in the past. It is ideal for a freelancer who also wants to work there or a city worker. I am open to short term lets up to 90 days or part time access eg city worker.
