1 room studio of 35m² in London

Hi all, I am essentially renting out a studio flat. It is a one bedroom flat but i am locking the bedroom door and storing all of my things in it so that the rest of teh flat can be rented out. I currently sleep in the loungeroom and use the bedroom as a workshop and what i will be renting out is the loungeroom, kitchen, bathroom and a walk in store-cupboard. I am going overseas and am not sure when i will be back so it will be on a month by month basis at this point. Its £250 + water and electricity (about £100 a month) . The internet is free as is the heating. I will be uploading images shortly. It is on teh 8th floor of. a high rise. No cladding.
