Hi all, I am offering an absolute dream flat in the heart of Bayswater during the month of June for a tidy and responsible single/couple occupant. Here are the stats: - mezzanine flat with a huuuge rooftop terrace for you to enjoy - furnished with all amenities necessary (washing machine, microwave/oven, bathtub, cutlery, TV etc.) - biweekly fresh towels and linens provided by the facility management - bathroom with bathtub - Rent: 2000 GBP inclusive of all bills - no wifi, but I use a hotspot with which I can do team calls and stream netflix etc. just like with wifi. I will provide a SIM card for that. Location: - could not be better: 5 minute walk to Central line at Lancaster Gate, 10 minute walk to Paddington with access to Lizzie line, Bakerloo, Picadilly, Circle and District line as well as national rail and Heathrow Express. - Hyde Park is literally across the corner, so is Little Venice - Notting Hill and Portobello Road Market are like 15 minute walk away - West End is like a 30 minute walk or 15 minute bus ride I have put a lot of heart into this flat and would love to rent it to someone equally appreciative of a well-put together home. I agreed with the landlord to only rent out the flat for someone staying the full 4 weeks, while I am away. Flat is available 29th of May to 30th of June. Viewings can be done 21st to 23rd of May.
