Stylish and high-end two bedroom flat in a Victorian terrace on a quiet, sought-after street in Kentish Town. The flat is ideal for 1-2 people, as it is relatively small. The second bedroom is small and would suit a cosy bedroom or a study. Ideal for those who want to live in a smart/ fun/ interesting area, on a nice street with close access to central London and at least one famous person with a home on the street. From here, the Northern Line takes only 17 mins to cross through central London from north to south. Both Kentish town and Tufnell Park have vibrant main streets with a range of cafes, restaurants and local activities. Hampstead Heath is 20 mins walk from the flat. It is fully equipped and has recently been used for Airbnb short lets, but I would ideally like to find long term tenants.
