I will be working abroad from June 31 to September 1 inclusive, and for this period I am looking for a reliable person to sublet my beautiful old building apartment. The apartment is furnished and fully equipped and is perfect for a single person or a couple who wants to spend the summer in Basel. A television is also in the apartment, but hidden. - 3-room apartment (50m²) - separate, fully equipped kitchen, food in the pantry, spices, oil, sauces etc. for use - bright living room and quiet bedroom (facing the inner courtyard) - beautiful wooden floors & old building charm - rooftop terrace for shared use for the entire building - many plants and cozy atmosphere - living room with a comfortable sofa bed and oven A bicycle for shared use including utilities and Wi-Fi 📍 Location: The apartment is centrally located on the lively Feldbergstrasse. Bus line 30 stops directly in front of the building.
