This is now booked for August and September, the current lodger is extending their stay, so the flat is now available from October 2025. Pls message if interested in Oct, Nov, Dec. I am a professional land-lady travelling on and off and I am looking to sublet my fully furnished flat while I am away. You will have this cozy and clean flat to yourself most of the time , although I may pop up a few nights every now and then during each month. You will have access to 1 master bedroom upstairs, 1 lounge/ kitchen downstairs, and 2 bathrooms (shower ensuite and bath tub downstairs). Quiet building and birds chirping in the morning. Note: when I am home, I will stay in the 2nd bedroom where I will store personal belongings while I am away- ie please note that this 2nd small bedroom won't be available to you, but you will have the rest of the flat all to yourself, except those few nights when I am around. Great location with fantastic transport links, lots of options: Bus, Tube, Overground, Railway Stations: Seven Sisters, Tottenham Hale, Turnpike Lane, Bruce Grove Several parks options from 5 to 10 minutes walking distance Nature marshes , riverside/canals only 8-10 mins away by bus Food and shopping nearby: local grocery stores, Tesco, Retail park, restaurants, Easy access to all airports, especially: London Heathrow and Standsted, but also Gatwick, Luton, City Looking for: - Female only - Trustworthy, authentic, responsible, honest, respectful, quiet, serious, clean, good hygiene, attentive, nice, helpful, good person, good record with rent payments - Introverts preferred , or else respectful and calm extroverts :-) - Professional or serious student - No loud parties, no smoking, no anti-social behavior - that said: civilized dinners , day time celebrations or movies at home with friends are OK, as long as respectful of neighbors and no material damage. - Pets most likely not allowed ( might make an exception depending on the animal, to be discussed if animal is clean, not destructive, well looked after with enough walks and well trained. Basically, no loud noise, no material damage , 100% clean i. e. no animal hair etc) - Council tax band : C (£ 123/ month) also included in the rent price. - Rent £ includes utilities. However, you will have to pay the cost difference if bills are abnormally unusually high (water, electricity, gas)
