Hi everyone :) I'm looking to sublet my gorgeous one-bedroom flat in Yorkhill for the summer. Available from 17th of June till 20th of August. Ideal for a couple to have the entire flat to enjoy, it is very spacious and bright, furnished and equiped with everything you would need. Incredibly quiet place and peaceful to live, you mostly hear the birds in the garden! Perfect location, next door to Kelvingrove museum and Park, 4 min to Tesco's, 12-15 min to Lidl. Accessibility: it's on the ground floor, only a step at the front door and there is a small step going into the bathroom. The bins are accessed through the garden which has a set of steps going up and then down. The rent without bills is £895, reduced here to 800. The price makes it ideal for a couple. I would cover the charges myself and the price is somewhat negotiable as it is only a sublet, as long as it gets lived in and a part of the rent is covered I'm happy to discuss depending on people's needs/situations.
