1 room apartment of 40m² in London

Hi guys, We are looking for someone to take over the let of a gorgeous flat in Tooting. We'd love to stay but we have just managed to buy a house! Move in date is 1st Oct (can be a bit flexible for earlier, but not later). the tenancy ends on April 2027 (but could be extended with the landlord). This is a great one bed with fantastic light, and a separate bedroom, living and kitchen. We've loved living in the area, and the flat is a 5 minute walk to Tooting Bec station, a 15 minute walk to Balham or Tooting Broadway and the amazing food market with loads of options to eat and drink, as well as supermarkets really close by. Bills aren't included. but come to about 180 for the whole flat. The furniture included: - Wardrobe - Chest of drawers - Bedside cabinet We'd be open to leaving the sofa and chairs for a small price. The property is let and managed by Dexters and we've had good experiences with them.
