This is a 4-bedroom house (T4) that will be rented exclusively to 2 women. Each tenant has her own private double bedroom and private bathroom – one on the lower floor and one on the upper floor – so you share the house, but keep your privacy and personal space. There is no live-in landlord and no other flatmates – the entire house is just for the two tenants. There will be no live-in landlord and no other flatmates. Occasional visits from friends or partners are totally fine, as long as they are respectful of the house and the neighbors. However, the house is not intended for additional permanent residents (no extra people moving in).
