We will have a studio apartment available for rent in a few weeks - 1st March 2026. Laundry room and storage room downstairs as part of the apartment, with the main lounge/ bedroom, kitchen and bathroom area upstairs. Car parking onsite. Fridge and dishwasher included. Looking for a professional person or couple. No pets (as the property will not be suitable for them). Smoking not permitted inside the apartment. Rent is $460 per week which includes water. Our family home is right next to it so would appreciate someone who can be good neighbours to us, our kids, dog, mum! Cost of moving in - 1 week rent in advance and 3 weeks rent as bond.
