BIG ROOM in TIN HAU, $6500, no agency fee - female only - 3 rooms-spacious-apartment in Tin Hau. - your room is appx. 150sqft, air-con, windows, big, bright room. the total flat is 1050 sqft - the room has a free big closet, you can put a double bed + a studying desk set inside your room. - you will share with 2 friendly HK women, both young professional, non smoker(you can smoke in ur room) - good location, 5 mins walk to Tin Hau MTR station, 10 mins walk to causeway bay, 4 MTR stops to central. - supermarkets, wet markets, shops are all in the neighborhood. - Victoria Park is just at the opposite, there are tennis court, jogging track, swimming pool etc... - you may see firework through your window when there is happening. - kitchen, sitting room, dining room are common area, they are fully furnished. - washing machine, toaster, microwave, wifi(very fast).. all provided - bills are excluded from the rent, appx $200 per month(summer will be higher / air con) - room available from 12 MAY 2021 (preferably move in dates btw 12MAY 2021- 1 JUNE 2021) . if you want slightly earlier, it can be discussed. - 2 lifts & safety guards in the building P.S. dont pick up guys from LKF to home, it is dangerous to ur flatmates. we prefer not to let bf stay overnight, but 2 or 3 days in a month is ok. female relatives/ fds visits surely ok(stay at your room) No agency fee. pm me for visiting the flat thanks~~
