Sunny 4-Bedroom Home in the Bay – Available April We have our home on Chaffey Crescent coming up for rent this April. It’s a sunny, relaxed spot with a lot of space and a great feel to it—perfect if you're after that quiet Titahi Bay lifestyle and want somewhere with a bit of room to move with stunning views of the South Island. The House The home is split across two levels, which gives everyone their own bit of privacy—perfect if you're working from home or have family members who need their own space. It is also fully Healthy Homes compliant, so you can be sure it's warm and dry year-round. Upstairs Three decent-sized bedrooms including the master which features its own dedicated heat pump for extra comfort. Main bathroom with a bath, shower and a vanity. Separate toilet making life that little bit easier in the mornings. Kitchen & Dining : the kitchen is well kitted out with a brand new dishwasher, a six-burner stovetop with a big oven, and a large fridge/freezer. A bright, open living area with a heat pump to keep you cozy, capturing heaps of sun all day (even in winter), with some pretty great sunsets over the South Island and Mana Island. Downstairs A private fourth bedroom with heating element and its own modern ensuite, including a shower, toilet, and a sink with vanity. Laundry : Located on the lower floor next to the garage, the laundry comes equipped with a Bosch washing machine and a standard laundry tub. There is plenty of room for a dryer if you have one, though with the drying setups available, we've never found we needed one ourselves. Garage & Parking The property has a very spacious garage for sheltered parking and extra storage. Inside the garage, there is a handy retractable four-line washing line that spans the full width—perfect for getting the washing dry when the weather isn't playing ball. There is also an extra chest freezer in the garage that can stay if you need the extra room for food. In total, there’s room for 4 cars to park off-street (including the garage spot). Outside & Lifestyle The house sits on a big, open section that really lets you enjoy the outdoors. There is a great deck at the back for afternoon drinks, a traditional rotary clothesline for sunny days, and for those with a green thumb, a greenhouse and compost bins ready to go. One of the best features is the privacy—on one side of the house, there are no neighbours at all, just a beautiful stretch of bush. Living in the Bay is all about the community. From here, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the local Titahi Bay shops where you can grab a coffee at the TBay Cafe or a local craft beer at the Beer Engine.
