The project consists of a 29-story residential tower equipped with three elevators and a rooftop shelter. Floors 8 to 31 are residential floors, each divided into sections A and B, with seven units in each section, providing a total of 294 residential units. The units range in usable area from 283 to 386 square feet, with ceiling heights ranging from 2.85 to 3.825 meters. The layouts include one to two bedrooms, with options for one-bedroom, two-living room and two-bedroom, two-living room units. Each unit features an open-plan kitchen design and a 22 to 24 square foot balcony. Over 70% of the units also include a 17 to 19 foot work platform. The supply of units is mainly composed of one-bedroom units, totaling 252 units, accounting for approximately 85.7% of the total supply, with usable areas ranging from 283 to 319 square feet. There are only 42 two-bedroom units, located in units A1 and B1 on each floor, with usable areas all around 386 square feet. In terms of amenities, the project features a 4,063-square-foot clubhouse with facilities including a swimming pool, gym, playground, and garden area. There is also an approximately 834-square-foot platform garden and a 3,704-square-foot green space/garden area for residents to relax and stroll. In terms of transportation, the project is close to To Kwa Wan Station on the MTR Shatin to Central Link, with two stops to the future Kai Tak Station and four stops to Admiralty. Currently, there are multiple bus routes on Ma Tau Kok Road and Ma Hang Chung Road, connecting various parts of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. The Kowloon City Ferry Pier, located about a 10-minute walk to the east, also provides ferry services to North Point.
