1. The suite is currently occupied by a female student with a private bathroom. She does not use the lobby, kitchen, or public restrooms. 3. We are looking for three female students or young working women. The three new roommates will share the living room, kitchen, and one bathroom. 4. Two separate rooms, each $7300, each with its own air conditioning; and a smaller room separated from the living room, $7000. 5. All three rooms are furnished with beds, mattresses, desks, and basic furniture; internet access is included, and utilities (water, electricity, gas) are shared. 6. Minimum stay is 12 months, move-in is available from mid-August, and viewings can be scheduled. 7.
