1 room apartment of 27m² in Glasgow

All bills, council tax and Wifi included in the price. The rent will be 750 for the first 2 months, then go up to 850 due to changes in council tax. This flat is 5 minutes walk from Govan underground and very close to the Partick bridge for easy access to the City Centre and West End as well as other parts of town. I am renting out my flat as I will be going to stay elsewhere for an unspecified amount of time (at least 3 months). The stay could end up being 1 year or more but the flat will be available for at least 3 months. There is a bath/shower and a kitchen with a washing machine, fridge and cooker. The views in the flat are quite nice as there are trees out the back and you can really see the sky when you look out the window. I am looking for someone who works, who I know can afford to pay the bills and is happy with the 3 months probation reassessment time. The flat has a single bed. I personally am very much not into chemical scents so the use of synthetic spray can deodorant and other harsh cleaning chemicals is prohibited in the flat. You would also need to use Biological washing up liquid from Ecover. I am very sensitive to chemicals like this so I would prefer the smells were not left lingering in the flat. I am open to price negotiation and will take the best offer. There is some work being done in the flat currently but viewings will likely be possible after the 28th of July. I do not want any smokers or pets in the flat.
