Leaving Belgium for a postdoc, we're looking for someone to take over our beautiful townhouse in the heart of Leuven. The house has three spacious floors, each with its own bathroom. It features a covered terrace, a veranda, and a large, south-facing garden. Basic furniture (cupboards, beds, tables, kitchen utensils, etc.) is available as an option. The house is within walking distance of Gasthuisberg University Hospital and Leuven's city centre. The street will soon be entirely replenished (the works are underway). It's quiet and used almost exclusively by pedestrians (mostly students) and cyclists. Perfect for a small family or another family-like household. Energy and water costs amount to approx. €180/month.
