Very sweet bungalow with beautiful natural light and a big airy open living room, dinning area and big kitchen. It`s only 93 sqm inside and really the second bedroom is more an office and I think perfect for a couple, not a family. Good solution for someone who wants to be somewhere peaceful, green, bright and cozy. Nice barbecue and outdoor seating area. Parking on the premise for two cars. Road was being torn up when I visited as they were putting a sewage line in, which is excellent news. It really was a charming little house on a nice-sized 450 sqm plot of land.
