1 room house of 44m² in London

Hi there, I’m looking for someone with previous liveaboard experience to rent my boat while I’m away – initially for 6 months, with the possibility to extend longer. This could also suit someone who’s thinking of buying their own boat and wants to try out the lifestyle first in a fully set-up, comfortable home. The boat has: * Located in a gated marina with key fob entry * One double bedroom and one single bedroom * A fully equipped kitchen (4-ring gas hob, fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle, air fryer) * Shower and toilet and access to toilet/shower blocks * A spacious living area with a sofa bed, dining table and chairs, and a large TV * Outdoor seating area with a lovely view * Electric heaters and diesel central heating for the winter * Furnished throughout Pets and smokers are welcome (though no smoking in the bedrooms, please). Location is very convenient: * A short walk to a small Tesco and a lovely Italian deli * Close to bus stops, Surrey Quays station (Overground), Canada Water (Tube), and Greenland Surrey Quays Pier for Thames Clippers/Uber Boat * Access to communal washers and dryers nearby As this is a liveaboard, it requires someone comfortable with the upkeep – topping up water and diesel, and general boat care. The local boating community here is very friendly and peaceful. If you wish to stay beyond a year, it’s usually easy to find another boat to rent in the area. Rent includes the mooring, water, internet, and council tax. You’ll need to budget separately for electricity, gas, and diesel (used for heating ). On average, electricity runs about £75 per person per month, depending on the season. Goes down in summer and higher in the winter.
